Visit to property monthly
a) visually check water meter and record flow rate
b) visual inspection inside for intrusion, leaks, pests, etc.
c) set desired temp on thermostat
d) turn on/off water if needed
e) overall visual of property
BASIC DOCK PACKAGE -$40/MONTH
Visit to your dock monthly
a) Visually inspect all major components of dock
b) Use leaf blower to remove any debris
c) Note any unwanted creatures
d) Verify power is operating properly (if applicable)
e) Check to make sure lift is raised (if applicable)
f) Adjust cables as water level fluctuates
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (UPON REQUEST OF OWNER)

Boat/Trailer Storage Options Include:
INDOOR NON-CLIMATECONTROL (boats under 33’/double PWC’s) - $150/MONTH
INDOOR NON-CLIMATECONTROL (single PWC) - $95/MONTH
OUTSIDE UNCOVERED(boat or trailer under 28’) - $25/MONTH
OUTSIDE UNCOVERED(boat or trailer 28’ - 40’) - $50/MONTH
